Biography

Kevin Tyler, a senior right tackle from Saint Louis, is majoring in Mass Communication at Prairie View A&M. He is also a transfer student from the Univeristy of Illinois.

Kevin’s favorite entertainer is Kevin Hart, and his favorite all-time movie is Creed. He favorite food is beans. Christmas is his favorite holiday for its fun and festive spirit. Outside of football, Kevin enjoys playing basketball.

On game days, Kevin’s ritual involves walking the field to mentally prepare. He believes one of the greatest challenges for athletes today is balancing the demands of school and football. A memorable moment in his athletic career was receiving his first college offer, a significant milestone.

Looking ahead five years, Kevin envisions himself working in the communications field, with a dream job of being on television. He chose Prairie View A&M for its vibrant culture, which resonated with him and made it an ideal place to continue his education and athletic pursuits.
