Calvin Pressley Jr, a senior defensive end from Philadelphia, PA, is majoring in Sociology. He previously attended Villanova University. Kevin Hart is his favorite entertainer, and his all-time favorite movie is Friday. Teriyaki chicken is his preferred food, and Christmas is his favorite holiday because it brings family together.

Calvin enjoys putting together legos in his spare time. His gameday ritual includes waking up and praying, stretching out, and meditating to prepare mentally and physically. He believes that mental health is one of the greatest challenges for athletes today.

One of his most memorable moments in sports was winning the 2023 SWAC West Championship. In five years, Calvin hopes to have achieved his goal of winning a Super Bowl ring. His dream job is playing in the NFL.

He chose Prairie View A&M because of its winning culture, which aligned with his aspirations and values.
