Bowers is a junior offensive lineman from Dallas, Texas, and a proud graduate of North Mesquite High School. Now in his third year on the field with Prairie View A&M, Caden brings strength, discipline, and leadership to the Panthers’ offensive front. His collegiate journey began with a standout freshman season, where he contributed to a conference championship — a defining moment in his early career.
Off the field, Caden is known for his laid-back personality. He’s a big fan of comedian Kevin Hart, and Friday After Next is his all-time favorite movie. His favorite foods are hot wings and shrimp Alfredo, and Christmas holds a special place in his heart as a time to be with family. When he’s not protecting quarterbacks or clearing lanes for the run game, Caden enjoys sleeping and playing video games to unwind.
Caden’s game day routine is a structured process designed to get his mind and body in peak condition. It starts with waking up, praying, and listening to music in the shower. After team meetings and breakfast, he takes a two-hour nap before heading to the stadium — a rhythm that helps him lock in and stay mentally sharp.
He believes one of the greatest challenges athletes face today is staying physically fresh and consistent throughout the long, demanding season. Looking ahead, Caden hopes to continue his football career and achieve financial success, with aspirations of becoming a head trainer for a major program or even the NFL. He chose Prairie View A&M because of its strong cultural foundation and the opportunity to grow in an environment that reflects his values and ambitions.
