Bryce McDonald, a sophomore safety from Houston, Texas, is majoring in Kinesiology. He previously attended Fort Bend Bush High School.

Bryce’s favorite entertainer is NBA YoungBoy. His favorite food is pasta, and Christmas is his favorite holiday because of the festive and family-oriented atmosphere.

Outside of football, Bryce enjoys playing on his PS5. On game day, his ritual involves praying to focus and center himself. He believes one of the greatest challenges for athletes today is staying healthy throughout their careers.

One of Bryce’s most memorable moments in sports was catching a one-handed interception. Five years down the line, he hopes to be earning a living by playing football, with the ultimate goal of reaching the NFL.

Bryce chose Prairie View A&M because it holds personal significance for him, with his mother being an alumna of the university, and he felt a strong connection to the school.
